I'm not logging and haven't for about a month. I've actually lost a few lbs. I still weigh myself every other day. I have found I fluctuate 2/3lbs in a week which is fine by me. I don't deprive myself of anything but have found that I make better choices now I'm more aware of calorie content and I physically can't binge…

I started out weighing in every day. In the morning, wearing just my underwear and after I've done my business. But now I know my trends and patterns, I probably weigh 3/4 times a week. Although for some reason I only take my Monday morning reading seriously and log that. The others are just to see that I'm on track iykwim?

Not really but I haven't lost a huge amount. 15lbs has seen them go from 34D to 32D. I was a bridesmaid for my sister during the weight loss. At my 2nd dress fitting, you could have fit a second pair of boobs in there along with my purse, lipstick and keys!!!! so I got measured and was the same cup size. Very confusing.

Since working more lately, I have a few days like this. I can be working from 7am until 9pm and only have time to eat once and will only feel like having a small snack when I get home that late. But on my day off I will eat over my calories slightly. I don't think it's the end of the world and wouldn't force myself to eat…

By 'well under' I mean...for example last week I ate about 50-100 calories less than my target Monday-Thursday. Then I ate 200 calories over on Friday, 100 under on Saturday and 200 over on Sunday. So Monday-Thursday and Saturday, I 'banked about 450 cals and over ate 400 cals on Fridays and Sunday so it balanced itself…

I remember my husband making me a burger about a month into my 'diet change'. He didn't but the lean beef to make the burgers. I took my first bite and all got a mouthful or greasy burger juice!! Ran to the toilet and threw up :( I guess our tastes change and our body reacts.

Amazing!! I've had a great weekend 'clothes wise' on Saturday I thought I'd better start packing for my girls holiday. Tried on a few outfits and some swimwear. Still not 100% confident but they looked pretty good. Motivated me to keep going until that stubborn belly fat is off!! Then, I actually did a little dance around…

I eat 2+ eggs every day. As far as I know, I'm fine ;) Eggs are great!!

Yep, I didn't change that...oops. And I'm close to goal so don't need to lose that quickly anymore. I'll try changing that and see what happens

My personal trainer measures me every 6 weeks but I might sneak in a few myself in between those weeks. I also measure in cm because it makes me feel better seeing a bigger loss lol

This happens to me occasionally. Especially since I've been back at work. I realise I've skipped breakfast and lunch time is nearly over so I'll have a 5-600 cal lunch which fills me up and then I don't think about dinner because I had lunch late. I normally try to eat something if my calorie intake is that low. But don't…

This is a good one for me at the moment as I drank 700 cals of alcohol last night :( although this week I was experimenting with not eating my exercise calories back so I've probably banked double that throughout the week. And thanks to my workout yesterday morning, I only went 170 cals over my calorie goal yesterday. I'm…

This got shared by my personal trainer on her Instagram and I was mortified that our mutual friends guessed it was me!! But here goes..... Only 14lb loss but that's all I wanted. I'm now focusing on muscle definition. Sorry the pictures aren't the same iykwim. Progress photo's was a bit of an afterthought for me.

Lots of things you could try 1) eat dinner later so you're too full for snacks 2) it's hard not to keep treats in the house when you have kids so try to buy 'better' ones such as mini/bite size chocolate bars so you can curb the craving with just one small treat. Or buy stuff you don't particularly like. My downfall is…

I too am with a man that is 'big'. I'm 5'1 and 117lbs, he's 6'3 and 290lbs. I barely notice his weight..to me he is gorgeous. I feel awful when people tell him he's punching above his weight! I always come back with 'yeah but I'm an arsehole so he's pulled the short straw' lol But I do kinda mean it. He's an amazing…
