Changed activity level...

I've had my activity level set at sedentary because i had a desk job and then I've been off work for a few months. I went back to work today in a different role (restaurant management) and I also do some domestic cleaning as a 2nd job. So I thought I'd change my activity level to Active on MFP. I haven't been given any extra calories surely this isn't right? I'm still only allowed 1200!

Changing your activity level should change your calorie goal. It might not if you don't have a lot of weight to lose and you have an aggressive weight loss goal. Is your goal two pounds a week by any chance?0

Yep, I didn't change that...oops. And I'm close to goal so don't need to lose that quickly anymore. I'll try changing that and see what happens2
