Congrats to you all!
January 2015: Before ... and actually, I gained a couple kg after that photo was taken and before I started with MFP (mid-February 2015).
April 2015: After losing about 10 kg ...
September 2015: Getting close to "after" ... not quite at my goal.
Easter 2016: I've been maintaining this weight since Christmas. 25 kg/55 lbs down!
Still considering dropping another 2 or 3 kg.

This got shared by my personal trainer on her Instagram and I was mortified that our mutual friends guessed it was me!! But here goes.....
Only 14lb loss but that's all I wanted. I'm now focusing on muscle definition. Sorry the pictures aren't the same iykwim. Progress photo's was a bit of an afterthought for me.

My goal isn't realized yet, but I thought I'd be brave and share. I don't normally post too many photos, as I'm highly self-conscience about my weight and my appearance in general. I have a long history of disordered eating (anorexia and bulimia for 14 years) and am three years into my recovery. I feel strong enough to post my "before" photo which was taken on June 13th of this year. Here are my goals below:
Starting weight: 236 lbs.
1st goal: 199 lbs.
2nd goal: 170 lbs.
3rd goal: 153 lbs.
My current weight is 201 lbs., so I'm almost to my first goal. It's difficult trying to lose weight and also staying on track with recovery, but my health and happiness are worth the fight! Kuddos to everyone on here for being healthy and pursuing happiness within yourselves. I am so grateful for this site!
PS. Feel free to add me. I update my log daily and am always a good one for support!

I'm down 35 pounds with about 40 to go. My before pic wasn't really quite the start, it was about 7 lbs in. But I try to take a pic in the same place every 5 pounds or so now. It's hard to see with my baggy clothes on the left, but I've lost 5 inches each off my chest, waist, and hips.

Waist was my most impressive loss in stats, 38-40" down to 28".72 -

I started on March 1st but took my first "before" photos on March 12th I believe (per the time stamp)
The after photo is Sept 11th 6 months later. I started this journey on March 1st at 308 pounds. I weighed in this morning at 229.4 pounds.

Great pics everyone! Congratulations on all your successes!
I'm still only 1/3 of the way through my journey, but I've lost just about 24 pounds so far. Unfortunately the only "Before" photo I could find that showed my whole body was at the KC Heart Walk, and I'd already lost 4 pounds. But, despite the fact it's not a full frontal shot, I think you can really tell the difference 24 pounds has made!

I Started using Plexus products in November 2015 and lost 15lbs. (No exercise or changing my eating habits) My lab work came back normal after 6 months. I finally decided to get serious about losing the weight. Aug 1st I joined a local gym, started using MyFitnessPal. I changed my diet to clean eating and juicing (Most days), I've lost 25lbs since Aug 1st.49 -
