I freeze green seedless grapes and blueberries I weigh then for a cup and I snack on them or I make my own dips with sour cream and salsa and have every veggie cut up for dipping

Have u tried freezing green grapes or pineapple you can also blend some bananas and mango or bananas and de pitted cherries and add some carbo power mix and put in the freezer and after it starts to freeze add some mint and some carbo nibs mix and finish freezing and u have you own healthy ice cream

I do a lot of stir frys or zucchini noodles instead of pasta or I love a huge salad with lean ground chicken or beef with toco seasoning and taco sauce on top with ff sour cream and some shredded cheese
