A bowl of bran cereal, a protein drink, and later in the morning a sausage egg muffin made with a 100 cal Thomas muffin, turkey sausage patty, an egg, and of course American cheese.0

I tested out my new wafflemaker, so I made a blueberry waffle and had a hard-boiled egg and a small McIntosh apple with it.2

Breakfast quesadilla - filled with scrambled eggs, cheese, corn and rocket, topped with olive tapenade, guacamole and sour cream. Plus two good coffees.
This was a cafe breakfast but I might play with the quesadilla idea at home too.1 -
