Beans in a delicious sauce with fetta, chorizo and cherry tomatoes, topped with a poached egg with some delicous crusty bread on the side. Another cafe breakfast, but also one I could make at home.0

Today--swimming day--overnite oats with dried blueberries, chi seeds, flax seeds, cinnamon, 4 chopped almonds, 1/2 chopped apple, frozen raspberries mixed with other forest fruits, a little skim milk drizzeled on top. Tomorrow-- Kiwi Chia mug cake.0

Today was an itty bitty egg from one of this year's baby chickens, scrambled with more egg whites, couple cherry tomatoes, onion, bit of deli ham, on a slice of ezekiel toast.0
