  • I’m so sorry for everything you’re going through. That has to be tough. Stress has always been a huge eating trigger for me as well. Hang in there. I hope things improve for you soon.

  • Hi Megannxx. The best advice I can offer is don’t beat yourself up. I know when I have those negative feelings, I tend to binge which makes me feel worse so I binge more.
