I have 2 scales and step on both of them every day. Though I recently discovered there is nothing wrong with ether scale my bathroom floor isn't level in the spot where they live. All these months of torture that could have been avoided with a level

I've been eating keto for almost 3 months, so far it's working great for me I've lost 26 pounds. I plan on eating this way for the rest of my life. I've even started to enjoy cooking, there are so many great recipes on the web you can find a LC replacement for just about any food you might miss.

have you tried a different app with your moto360? UP Smart Coach is what I use on my Huawei watch, it's not perfect but it pairs with MFP. you have to enter your workouts and sleep manually. but sometime it notices something changed and will ask me if I was active or if I was sleeping. might be worth a look until you find…

The way I cope with office food is; I have convinced myself that it is poison and if I eat it I will surely die young - so far it's working for me

when I think of inches lost I think x amount from my waist, x amount from my hips. adding them all together doesn't seem like a correct assessment of my progress.

I've had one for years but this is the first time I've used it for weight loss and I've never tracked my food in the past and have been successful. I'm being very obsessive this time around, tracking all food, measuring blood ketones and sugar and weighing everything. It makes me feel like I'm giving it my all and keeps me…

I just used the name MFP gave me - I was lacking imagination the day I signed up being distracted by the number on my scale and all

I do both keto and IF to me they really seem to go hand in hand. I'm usually not hungry in the morning and lunch is easy to skip. I shoot for a 20/4 fast daily. If I'm really busy at work it will turn into a 24 fast. I'm trying to get my insulin resistance under control so I don't think I will ever be one of those people…

but it's only 1.8 pound in 2 days so it's probably water

if I wake up hungry and running late for work I add a tbsp of MCT oil to my togo coffee along with a couple tbsp of heavy cream. it tides me over until dinner

This is me I. I can't let carbs into my life, I'm ok with it I don't miss them. There are so many great keto recipes and lucky I was never a big fruit eater it always gives me heartburn ( even bananas give me heartburn )

Now that you mentioned it I see the same thing in my future - but I think I'll make some mascarpone to go on top

4 days worth of carbs for one lousy bagel, so not worth it.
-
I get the wholly guacamole cups from costco - 1. 2oz cup has 100 cal, 5 grams total carbs, 3g fiber and 9g fat. I like that you can freeze them so they don't go bad like avocados
-
I usually stay way under 20 total carbs a day also - so far it's working pretty good for me. I plan on eating this way for the rest of my life
-
I made one last week and crackers too after seeing this post, it was very good and filling
-
That's a cute pup you have. both my cat and dog eat grain free food so I guess they are low carb
