  • Intermittant fasting works for me but its not really a diet, more of a life style. Yoga definitley helps burn calories and improves mental wellbeing 😀💪

  • It will adjust as your day goes on and you keep adding what you eat. 😁 at the end of the day you can then see your days intake split scross the 3.

  • Hi, I think your referring to the macros, ie; carb, protein and fats. If so, then keep within those proportions, but it would be better to exceed your protein % than your fat %( in my case). Hope that helps👍 I don't know what the default setting is, a PT set mine in 2016 and i've not looked at it since. 🤔

  • It sounds like you have plenty of reasons to make this happen now. Theres alot of great people here who can give plenty of advice so your in the right place. Time to make some big changes ahead. You can do it!

  • You can and will do this! I know the feeling of falling off after a good streak. There nothing saying it wont happen again, whether you fall off track over a meal, a day, a week , a month always pick yourself up and get back on the path. (I tell myself) TIme to make commit for the long term.💪
