We found out that he wasn't dead and just left a vehicle in the woods cuz it broke down. Lots of exercise caused by stupid people. Tuffy liked it tho.

Great job on winning the Zumba class mom! B- oatmeal packet L- 0 S- taco salad with a handful of crushed chips instead of taco shell Lots of water and a good long walk with the dog Felt good about today! Looking forward to the scale in the morning. Whoop whoop! Great work everybody!

B- small bowl of chili L- bigger bow of chili S- PB&J sandwich (cuz I can) Snack was a fun size twix bar and a tiny bag of chocolate covered blueberries. Joletta you know what I'm talking about. Good on water and a 30 minute walk with the dog. What is pickle ball?

I agree, this is very motivating. You guys doing so well motivates me to do well. B- light English muffin with PB&J L-celery w peanut butter S- home made chili with a piece of garlic toast Snack was a couple ritz crackers Lots of water 30 min on treadmill coming up. Maybe 40 if I get in my groove. :) keep up the good work…

Great job ladies. I ate good yesterday but had 4 beers which blew my calories out of the water. I think I'm going to cut alcohol out all together for a while. Till I drop a few pounds anyway.

Thank you Rachel. To get to that setting go to more, scroll down to settings, click on that, and then click on diary setting. You can change that to friends and we will all be able to see each other's.

OK everyone, with Rachel's help we were able to figure this out. When you go into our group you should be able to click on everybody's name individually. When you click on their name, in blue, it gives you a page that shows what they've done as far as how much weight they lost, if they were under their calorie goal etc. on…
