I would have been right there with you- feeling like there’s nothing that you can do to change a difficult situation is VERY stressful. If this is your worse day in a year, you are doing very well.

Daily post Track; best I could Calories; over Exercise;yes. I hosted a birthday dinner for my wonderful amazing father. I cooked and ate. There was prime rib, mashed potatoes, carrots and dinner rolls- and pie and ice cream Good thing I got to the gym and burned some of them!

I finished February like a lion! Hard physical day at work, but still went to the gym and had one of the best workouts since I joined. I really like the rowing machine and the airodyne (sp?) I also really like wearing a heart rate monitor telling me how hard I worked out. Track; yes Calories; under Exercise; hell yes!…

I don’t know about the rest of you, but I’m going to be soooo glad to say good riddance to February. It is certainly my least favorite month of the year. The positive side- many of us burned a few extra calories snow shoveling this month.

Daily post Friday February 23 Track: Yes Calories: under Exercise: no, but over 10,000 steps before work day was done. Biggest victory for the day : I was craving something sweet in the evening. Considered making cookies, brownies or kettle corn. Settled for grapes. I think it was more tired/lazy winning out over willpower.

Daily post: Monday 18th Track; kind of. Been slacking, hard to remember at the end of the day. I have to get back to tracking when I eat, not hours later. Calories ; under I think Exercise: no, I feel sick 🤒 barely making it through the workday. Slept from 8;30-7;00. Comfort food

Lost my momentum and everything. Over-indulged on everything! winter, family drama and a bit of S.A.D. This week I will be back at it! Scale says up 3.3 pounds. Can’t be fat-right? Ugg! Oh and it’s snowing again :(

My favorite exercise is swimming/snorkeling in the Caribbean, alas I live in Wisconsin. I do love to swim, but not so much in a pool. I do love to walk outdoors in nice weather I hate to do burpees too
