Thanks for sharing. I prefer to start my day with some type of movement. I'm working to get in my belly dance warmup for 5 minutes and do a stretching video in the morning to set up my day. The article has some great tips. Today I did the The “Crunch Time” Crunch! Oooohweeee is all I have to say!

HI, I'm new to mfp. Same here, working to get back at it. If you're interested, check out a stretching video. After an injury, I'm finding classical stretching with Miranda Esmonde-White a super low impact exercise, and moving my entire body much better now after a few weeks. Short and sweet videos in about 25 minutes.

Depends on my day,I walk to my printer down the hall for my print jobs, so sneak in a few steps there, not nearly 10,0000 though. I'll get in more steps walking to the train for work and back home. I'm going to get something to track my steps, this would be good to monitor.
