Thats going to vary by person/size of house and yard, etc. I would track your numbers for a few days grab the average from that and then challenge yourself to keep increasing 1000, 2000, etc.

Wonderful job! Keep up the great work! If you ever feel that 12 lbs isn't a lot of weight... The next time you are in the grocery store grab a few pounds of flour/sugar until you holding 12 lbs. It IS a decent amount and you worked hard for that weightloss! GREAT JOB!

Me...6 months pp and still want to lose about 20 lbs to get to goal. Some of thats from the pregnancy some I had prior. Its tricky though because with breastfeeding its not allowing me to cut cals but so much before my milk slows down. So Im still trying to figure it all out.
