I had a big loss last round so not expecting much of a loss for this round, but we will see. My goals for this round are to make sure I stay hydrated and, since there are two weekends in this round, to work on being more mindful of my eating on the weekends.
8/11--227.0 Holding steady.
8/12--227.0 Still holding, but my trend weight is going downwards. Need to make sure I keep up with my water today.
8/13--228.1 Went out to eat yesterday, so the increase is probably due to the additional salt. I'm very happy that I still stayed within my calories and I drank more water than what I usually drink on the weekend. I'll continue to keep up with the water today.
8/14--228.1 Holding steady. Still feeing a little bloated today. The weekend was a success as I kept up my hydration levels and I ate more sensibly than normal, so I'll just wait for the scale to follow.
8/15--227.9 Still eating at my calorie level. Still feeling bloated. Had a great weightlifting session yesterday.
8/16--227.7 Slowly getting back to my starting weight for this round. Still staying hydrated.
8/17--227.9 Sore from my weightlifting.
8/18--228.3 Ugh, I'm not surprised about that number since I'm feeling heavy and bloated right now. Not sure what it is. Hopefully drinking my lemon water will help. Well, I will just keep with my water, eating, and exercise and just wait for my body, and the scale, to catch up.

8/11 - 194.4 What?!?!?! **Sigh** Is that you cottage cheese? The 'run' last night? Or just a bounce from my fabulous trip into the 193s? OK - today DRINK WATER.
8/12 - 195.1 Another big sigh. I have NOT been ingesting fluids and am retaining water. I can feel the bloat in my skin. Today really drink water.
8/13 - 194.0
8/14 - 193.6 Cycling back down. In 32 weeks I am down 32.8 pounds.
8/15 - 192.2 Oooooooh! I'm liking this round. I expect another bounce up is coming. W6 D2 C25K complete.
8/16 - 194.4 Here is my bounce up and there goes my euphoria. And here stays (for a few days) the sodium bloat from a can of tuna on my lunch salad and that delicious calzone I split with my husband last night.
8/17 - 194.2 Three days to get back to 192 something. So much naughtiness yesterday. I blame it all on the calzone the day before yesterday. I knew I should have selected it, but I let my husband pick the filling. He gave me no veggies. I would have loaded at least some spinach, mushrooms & onion in there. That set me in a death spiral. Yeah! That's it. It's all his fault. Thank goodness I figured it out.
8/18 - 194.2 Ran, had fiber, upping fluids, oops - ate a quarter pounder with cheese ... and fries. Still did not exceed calorie goal (I eat most of my exercise calories>)

8/11: 219 - I weighed a little less yesterday but not much. I was under my calories, rode my stationary bike, and took a walk so I'm guessing just water. I have to remember to drink more. I have been craving doughnuts all morning because I've been watching Twin Peaks.
8/12: 217.8 - This was surprising as I didn't work out and I overate because I had to have some Arby's and a shake! I was smart though, no mayo and removed a slice of bread and split the small shake so it wasn't too awful. Had blueberry french toast this morning and feel no guilt.
8/13: 219.6 - This was expected as I over ate and then had a free double chocolate muffin from my sister's work. I'm hoping for a better day today. Weekends are hard but I'll make it through. I hope everyone else is doing better than me.
8/14: 221 - Did squats yesterday and I'm sore and also retaining water. I hope the scale moves in the right direction tomorrow.
8/15: 220.6 - Better than yesterday I guess. I had spaghetti and a Dove Ice cream bar for dinner and it was delicious. Got my 30 minutes of exercise in but my son is teething really bad so looks like I get to deal with a clingy 1 year old all day.
8/16: 220 - This water retention is killing me! I guess it could be worse, but it's still disheartening. I just need to keep it up and wait for the inevitable whoosh! It's always exciting to see all your hard work pay off in a matter of days lol! Good luck everyone
8/17: 219.4 - I'm dropping a little each day which is good. Hopefully I'm out of the 220's for good now. I'm pretty sure I won't be seeing 217 by the end of 10 days but I'm hoping my next whoosh will drop me below that.
8/18: 218.4 - So much better today lol! I didn't work out yesterday because I kept getting dizzy so I stayed within my calorie goal and relaxed. I hope everyone is doing well today.

8/12: 168.0 Normal bump. Pizza night last night. Still lower than last year!
8/13: 167.6 Meeting calorie, sodium, and water goals. Will probably see bump up again tomorrow from today's swim.
8/14: 168.0 There it is =D. Normal, expected bump from exercise. Been out of the 170's for 10 days. Woohoo!
8/15: 168.4 Oh scale, oh scale, why do ye forsake me? Hehehe.
8/16: 168.2 All is well. 7-day averages have been under 169 for a week now. Hopefully the 170's are behind me for good!
8/17: 166.8 New two year low!

8/11 180.0 Had Mexican food last night plus dessert and went way over calories. Lots of water and staying on calories today!

8/16 - 205 - food intake has been decent but all over the place... I don't count calories just monitor the source of the cals.
8/17 -204.4 super hungry today, decided to set mini goals and rewards to keep me pushing.
8/18 -203.6 I feel like I would've had a bigger loss had I slept last night but sickness is running rampant among the family, ugh... including myself. Family nights tonight and I am allowing more yummy foods but no binging allowed lol. Planning on doubling up the workout tomorrow, so maybe that'll balance it all out.

I'd like to lose 2 more pounds this round.
8/11: 171.4 Yesterday was a food day. A "gourmet" doughnut and latte for breakfast and a company picnic (did pretty well; kept it light). Had a good step day: 16,000!
8/12: 171.4 Holding steady. Boy, I really wanted wine last night. And dessert. Lots of it. It seems to be my Friday tradition. By 5pm, though, I had only drank about 16 oz. of water, so had some catching up to do. I stuck with water. On a Friday night. Steps were also low (busy day at work yesterday) so spent the evening walking the dog and did some elliptical.
8/13: 170.5 Active day yesterday cleaning up, running errands and getting to the Y to run on the treadmill again. Have found a replacement for alcohol right now: the little cans of flavored Perrier. Throw in some ice and lime and they are refreshing!
8/14: 170.5 Day off from work today. Kids go back to school tomorrow. Back into the routine!
8/15: 170.5 For those of you that hold on and then a bunch comes off at once? I am with you! I did have a few small glasses of wine last night at a potluck dinner and tried to eat a lot of salad (hard to do at potlucks...) Took a walk with the dog and did the elliptical. Want to keep reaching 10,000 steps this week.
8/16: 169.4 Yes! Getting in the zone now. I say "getting" because the temptations and there and they are real and I literally have to do this one day at a time. I think that's why I am liking this weigh every day thing. Keeps me on my game.
8/17: 169.9 Went over in calories yesterday. Still got some exercise in, but was busy at work and didn't quite get all my water in and didn't hit my step goal. Today is a new day. Lunch is packed and tonight I bump up to 15 minutes of running in my C210K app.
8/18: 169.9 Had a good OP day yesterday, and managed to finish my 15 minute stretch of running the first time! I am stressed today. Lots of work stuff. TGIF.

8/11 - 132.9 I have been struggling a bit with my mindful eating. Hopefully today will be the start of a great round and I can get back to where I was. My plan is to leave NC at the end of the month at 130# at the most!!!
8/12 - 132.6 headed back in the right direction. Lots of exercise today. But couldn't resist the hot dog and tater tots at hot dog world in Hendersonville, NC
8/13 - 132.1 moving along nicely. Got my 5 mile run in this morning. Have a great Sunday everyone!
8/14 - 131.7 nice long walk in the mountains with the dogs and then to the gym for a good workout. Always mindful eating! Progress (round 2 to get below 130#)
8/15 - 131.1 finally back below where I was after Round 11. Staying very motivated!!!
8/16 - 132.5 that was short lived. Boo! I did not have mindful eating yesterday. Going to the gym now. Let's see what today's efforts will bring tomorrow. Must finish this round strong!

8/12 - 73kg (160.9) - out for dinner last night and had pizza calzone so expected that
8/13 - 73.2kg (161.4) - no, all is good, another huge dinner and dessert out. On my 500 cal days now so will expect this number to go back down. Not stressing just yet
8/14 - 72.2kg (159.2) - on my last 500 calorie day for the week so hoping this comes down a lot more tomorrow
8/15 - 70.9kg (156.3) - woohoo! Onto normal calories for the remainder of the week now so hoping this number continues down. Going to try to eat at normal deficit to still account for the big meals out and wine on the weekend
8/16 - 70.7kg (155.9) - surprised after the wine and late night munchies. This will go up no doubt
8/17 - 71.1kg (156.8) - sigh....I can’t see this going down before Sunday morning. Not when the last 2 days are my biggest calorie days of the week
8/18 - 71.4kg (157.4) - I’m ok with this as I ate at maintenance rather than deficit. I’m resolved to the notion that there will be no recorded loss at the end of the 10 days purely because the challenge finishes on a high calorie day for me before my two days of low cals start. That’s ok because I’m still surprised this number isn’t higher as it has been other weeks
8/19 - 71.9kg (158.5) - shocked that the rise wasn’t much larger considering the two meals, including Chinese, out yesterday and last weekend’s substantial rise before my low cal days. I’m excited to weigh again on Wednesday which is usually my lowest weight for the week

It has been so hard for me to get back into groove again after losing most of my weight, getting so close to goal, maintaining for two years and then rapidly putting some on. I do struggle on my low cal (500) days but it suits my lifestyle where I live now and these daily weigh ins really make me think about keeping my calories within reason on my other days so I can enjoy dinner out on a weekend and a bottle of wine without the guilt of doing well all week only to come unstuck at the end.
So far so good, I’ve had a loss overall these 10 days, even if my finish weight is higher than starting weight. I know for me it’s all to do with the days of the week7 -

11/8/2017: 161.2. Very happy with this. Had some unplanned chocolate, but stayed under calories and met my other goals.
12/8/2017: 161.8. Oops! Finished the chocolate. Still under goal. Cause and effect.

14/8/2017: 161.6 Goals ✅ Surprised at this as I had buns at my daughter's yesterday afternoon. But I had lots of exercise calories, too!
15/8/2017: 160.2 another steady sustainable drop. Goals ✅ Did an extra 30 minute HIIT session yesterday morning. It felt good.
16/8/2017: 160 I was expecting a bounce after the drop yesterday. Goals ✅ Another HIIT session done. Up to 10381 daily steps.
17/8/2017: 160.4 Normal bounce. Goals ✅ My leg muscle are rather sore, so will concentrate on upper body strength and light cardio.
18/8/2017: 159.2 My lowest in a while. Goals ✅ Off on a week's holiday tomorrow, but will take the scale with me. I'm in charge of catering, but there may be the odd restaurant meal, so next Round will be interesting.
19/8/2017: 160.2 Bouncy, bouncy! Lol! Goals ✅ So close to that target weight. Travelling today, so must keep focus!

10/8- 195.4 - <<< yay!!! .... muscles screaming in agony This is a new low
11/8 - 196.8 - I expected this ^^^ that was a big drop ^^^ possible dehydrated -- THIS is still a drop from the day before! sore muscles, cals are low by average, Rest day drank my 2L water
12/8 - 198.8 - strained a muscle, in my shoulder and calf, so I am assuming this is water retention just NO HIGHER
13/8 - 198 - muscles feeling a bit better, calf completely pain free today, shoulder still niggling 25 miles NO water
14/8 - 200.2 - WTH - I know its not "real" but *sigh* ---- Rest - feeling ill and bloated NO water
15/8 - 200.2 - still ill bloated and no water,
16/8 - 200.2 - NOT the number I wanted to stick at - how absolutely disheartening is this!!! went back to bed this morning in the hopes of waking up to a different number .. but NOPE the scales are hating me right now TRUST IN THE PROCESS - calories are fine but getting water down me is impossible, I can't stand the taste at the best of times, let alone when I am feeling ill. DRANK 2L WATER
17/8 - 198.8 - still a little ill but much better, choked down my water yesterday so I don't know if the number on the scale is a reflection of that or if its a reflection of feeling a bit better today, or if indeed drinking the water is why I feel a little better. the mysteries of the body!!! DRANK 2L WATER
18/8 - 198.4 - Actually I'm happy with this as I am down from the last round now, and I know that round was a really big drop, although I wouldn't say no to another 1lb in the right direction 25 mile on the bike DRANK 2L WATER
