    8/11: 167.6 Lowest in two or three years!
    8/12:  168.0  Normal bump.  Pizza night last night.  Still lower than last year!
    8/13:  167.6  Meeting calorie, sodium, and water goals.  Will probably see bump up again tomorrow from today's swim.
    8/14:  168.0  There it is =D.  Normal, expected bump from exercise.  Been out of the 170's for 10 days.  Woohoo!
    8/15:  168.4  Oh scale, oh scale, why do ye forsake me?  Hehehe.
    8/16:  168.2  All is well.  7-day averages have been under 169 for a week now.  Hopefully the 170's are behind me for good!
    8/17:  166.8  New two year low!
    8/18:  165.4  Thank you, o mighty scale.   Thank you!
    8/19:  166.8  Normal bump.  Muscles in recovery from yesterday's exercise.  Exactly 7 lbs less than this time last year.  Progress!
    8/20:  166.6  Hoping this is muscle recovery from an hour swim last night and two nights ago.  Sodium less than 100 mg over goal was well compensated for by drinking extra water.  Trusting the process!

    8/11: 219 - I weighed a little less yesterday but not much. I was under my calories, rode my stationary bike, and took a walk so I'm guessing just water. I have to remember to drink more. I have been craving doughnuts all morning because I've been watching Twin Peaks.

    8/12: 217.8 - This was surprising as I didn't work out and I overate because I had to have some Arby's and a shake! I was smart though, no mayo and removed a slice of bread and split the small shake so it wasn't too awful. Had blueberry french toast this morning and feel no guilt. B)

    8/13: 219.6 - This was expected as I over ate and then had a free double chocolate muffin from my sister's work. I'm hoping for a better day today. Weekends are hard but I'll make it through. I hope everyone else is doing better than me.

    8/14: 221 - Did squats yesterday and I'm sore and also retaining water. I hope the scale moves in the right direction tomorrow.

    8/15: 220.6 - Better than yesterday I guess. I had spaghetti and a Dove Ice cream bar for dinner and it was delicious. Got my 30 minutes of exercise in but my son is teething really bad so looks like I get to deal with a clingy 1 year old all day.

    8/16: 220 - This water retention is killing me! I guess it could be worse, but it's still disheartening. I just need to keep it up and wait for the inevitable whoosh! It's always exciting to see all your hard work pay off in a matter of days lol! Good luck everyone :)

    8/17: 219.4 - I'm dropping a little each day which is good. Hopefully I'm out of the 220's for good now. I'm pretty sure I won't be seeing 217 by the end of 10 days but I'm hoping my next whoosh will drop me below that.

    8/18: 218.4 - So much better today lol! I didn't work out yesterday because I kept getting dizzy so I stayed within my calorie goal and relaxed. I hope everyone is doing well today. :)

    8/19: 218.2 - still headed in the right direction! Fell asleep before eating dinner yesterday and wondering if I should eat back those cals today. I could go for something sweet!

    8/20: 220 - No 217 this round. On to the next!

    8/11/ 213.8 / Nice to see the scale move!
    8/12 / 213.8 / ran my first 5k in 18 mo nailed my time ate a lot after! Lol
    8/13 / 213.8 / stuck to my calories today for the most part. We'll see what the scale says tomorrow.
    8/14 / 215.6 / what the heck... I did eat out for every meal yesterday so I know estimation was probably way off. I can only imagine this is water weight since I barely drank any yesterday. Good thing it's Monday and I have my 40ozer sitting at my desk waiting for me. Keeping my fingers crossed tomorrow or maybe wed I'll see a loss!
    8/15 / 215.6 / ran 2.5 miles yesterday, was under calories, in just waiting for another whoosh I guess! :)
    8/16 / 211.1 / whoa! That was a big whoosh! I knew I was retaining water so I'm glad to see that go.
    8/17 / 210.9 / ran 3.25 miles yesterday at 6:30pm and ate most of my calories after. First weigh was 212.3 but then visited the bathroom and stepped on the scale again. Gotta remember to weigh the same way each time.
    8/18 / 211.7 / I ran 2 miles, walked 1.2 last night. Started my monthly cycle as well, so this is n't totally unexpected. I really thought yesterday that I would have gained with how bloated I felt. As long as I hover in the 211s for the rest of the time I consider this round a succes :smile:
    8/19 / 210.2 / I'm surprised with this since we went out to eat and I had 2 beers. But I did weigh after my run this morning so I'm thinking the loss is all water weight! Lol
    8/20 / 212.2 / wedding yesterday good food and drinks. Down over a lb so that makes me happy!

    8/11 - 167.6 Ate my weight in chocolate yesterday :blush: and SO leaves for work for at least 21 days. Back on track for me these 10 days.... Bring it!!

    8/14 - 170.3 ..... OooOOoO This isn't good. Been a busy few weeks. Time to buckle down. Made lunch for work and need to hit my step goals. I'm pretty sure there is a big whoosh coming (please!!?)

    8/16 - 166.5 Well this 10 days has certainly been a rollercoater!! Hope this means I've back on track!! ... hooray for the whoosh!!

    R13 SW: 189.4 - my lowest for R12 was 188 but I had a cheat day one day before the round ended so the 1.4 lb gain is mostly water weight

    8/11 190 - Ugh! I'm retaining a ton of water and just feel heavy. This happened at the same time last month so I'm thinking it's from ovulation and not drinking enough water. I'm hoping for a big whoosh soon!! Today's goal is to eat more veggies and drink a gallon of water!
    8/12 187.6 - Now THAT'S more like it!
    8/13 188.6 - I knew that would happen. We had my MIL's bday party last night and I ate CAKE and lots of other delicious food. The one pound gain is water so I'm not concerned. NSV is that I worked out yesterday! I walked 20 flights of stairs(just up and down our stairs) and man that was tough but I did it!

    8/15 187 - woohoo!! I met my goal 5 days early! I really need to add exercise into the mix though.
    8/16 187.2 I took my son and went on a 45 minute hike yesterday, climbing hills, stairs, etc. It was so fun and I burned 300ish calories so that's even better!
    8/17 187.4 Not bad considering I had a bacon,egg, and cheese biscuit from McDonald's yesterday and didn't drink nearly as much water as I normally do.
    8/18 188 - UGH! I can totally tell it's almost my TOM. I craved carbs and ate like crap yesterday..I feel bloated, heavy, and soooo sore today! Here's to a new day!

    8/20 189.8 - I'm a wedding photographer and had a wedding yesterday. According to my Fitbit I took almost 14000 steps and burned almost 5000 calories. It's almost impossible to stay hydrated with the craziness of the day so I totally knew my weight would be up..plus add some hormones in the mix and, yeah..not so good.

    Good start, although the last time I got to this weight it was also a Friday and I screwed it up with the weekend. We will see what I can do. Yesterday I went over my calorie count but I was able to get up and do some walking which was a good start post cryosurgery (it was almost the entire bottom of both of my feet lol, so I'm surprised it hasn't gotten infected and that I'm able to do this much walking).
    8/12: 130.6
    No late night snacking yesterday, so I'm sure that helped. I've been making smarter choices and eating less. I don't have as many snacks laying around the house other than fruit and nuts. Great start to the weekend. Hopefully I can continue the downward trend. This was my second goal weight, but I decided to lower it another 5 lbs. I am just so amazed at what I have accomplished. I never thought I would get below 145.

    Ate more than planned yesterday. Usually happens with my niece in the house. We cook together and what not. Plus I didn't drink very much water.

    Guess I'm still suffering from two days ago. I ate well at yesterday and came in under cal count.

    At least it's not going up? Yesterday was the first day back to school and although I am only there 3 days/wk I always default to snack machines, which is not good. Yesterday was day one with no snack machines!

    Yesterday I thought about going to the snack machine. But I didn't! I usually bring lunch with me but sometimes that thing just calls me. Anyway, I guess this is my reward!!

    8/11- 277.0 Starting over. Too much stress, worry, anxiety, emotional eating since that dreadful day. Husband was diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer (after having a clear colonoscopy 18 months earlier), would have never known, if he didn't get a bad case of constipation. He wasn't sick and was walking 3 miles a day and had lost 40lbs in 6 months. Then same day, letter of foreclosure auction came and in the afternoon - I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. I asked God, "What Else?" LOL Bad mistake. Last week I received diagnosis of osteoarthritis and torn meniscus (makes getting packing done a little hard). Signed up for Planet Fitness earlier in the week.
