145 days on keto, I haven't wavered or felt bored with my food choices. It's like a relationship you find ways to keep it fresh and fun!
-
Did you do any research before starting keto?
-
Measure, weigh and track everything! Double check your macro. Double check your calorie deficit. Back off on working out to 2 times a week. Measure your body.
-
You don't want to be there, your body is letting you know. Talk to a professional.

Above this post is a section is a daily group conversation of people who connect and check in. That may be a better and helpful place to talk about how you are doing etc. https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10622993/daily-check-in-for-keto-friends-volume-3#latest

Hot water, a chicken cube and a tablespoon of cream. Makes a mug of chicken soup and a great way to get a salt boost that feels like a treat. I did this Every Day for the 1st 2 months.

I too found sleep challenging in the beginning, it's part of the bodies adjustment. Cutting out cheese all together, coffee and tea after noon. A hot shower and doing stretches helped. My body did adjust and now the only reason I wake up is to pee.

I am 55. I was diagnosed with PCOS at a young age, it runs through my family. I was also diagnosed as insulin resistant. I could not do metformin or other drugs. Over the years I have tried EVERY diet (with a doctors and calorie deficit) and I kept gaining and no amount of working out did anything. For me they only thing…

@Lisanotoriginal 5 % carbs, 75% fat, 20% protein. I usually go over on protein to get up to my calories. Picture Dec 20 2018 - March 31 2019.

I put 1/4 teaspoon of salt in my hot tea and coffee.

Make sure you aren't too low on your water and fat intake because without enough it can stop smooth movement... This in common for newbies. Also cheese can compound the issue.

I have an inflammatory demyelinating disease of the central nervous system and since doing the keto diet I've experienced a lot of benefits. The leading one is more mental clarity, recall and memory function, my brain is now my friend. I have also experienced a dramatic reduction of inflammation around my feet, ankles and…

1) Appetite: I have found that missing breakfast aka Intermittent Fasting is easy when doing keto because I'm not so hungry. The breakfast calories then roll into lunch and dinner so in a way those meals can be bigger or more calorie dense. This then decreases my hunger for the next day and keeps me going till lunch. Some…
