I'm exactly where you are. I've lost 11 pounds but won't go down any more and still have 17 pounds more. Do you want to be friends I'm trying some challenges like the squat challenge, arm challenge, lunges challenge and fitness challenge I don't know if they work started today

Hey so don't continue eating if you get full and try to exercise just walking is good, but running is better and I love doing YouTube workouts from Donnie from phychetruth. She does things that are achievable but also effective. And most importantly never ever ever give up.

So I looked this up a while ago and websites claim it helps with weight loss but honestly I tried it and lost weight, but I also excercized a lot so it could have been from that. It might help mildly with digestion though
