I got 5 pounds for Christmas

So I did this a couple months ago and it helped me lose a couple pound, but then came thanksgiving and the craving began. I would eat so unhealthy and did almost no exercise and ended up gaining 5 pounds and my goal is to lose 15 pounds. So if anybody has any tips about how they are losing weight that would be amazing. Thanks

    If you only have 15 pounds to lose, I'd suggest taking it slow. In the past, when I've gone on a DIET, I end up gaining more in the long run. For 15 pounds, track your food, but only go for 1 pound a week, maybe. Do some strength training--that helps your overall look. Eat high fiber and protein foods and you'll never be hungry.
