I feel like this happens when I'm either exhausted or emotionally tapped from stress. Things like periods of burn out at work, hangovers, traveling, come to mind. I think its important to reflect why it happened, try to become aware of it sooner in the future, and simply carry on with the lifestyle regimen you're on. I…

I'm in, been a while since I've added new friends. Looking forward to reaching goals with all of you.

I believe a cup of a coffee like 2-4 calories, then half and half 20 calories a tablespoon. I think maybe adding less creamer would help prevent adding too many calories for you. I drink 2 cups of coffee a day, with a single tablespoon of half-half and stevia if I want it sweetened. All in 44 calories a day come from…

It can be depressing when you're doing really well all week, then have that one day/night where it all seems to go the window. For me its typically Friday night after a long work week, alcohol leads to bad choices at dinner, which leads to more booze, which leads to a hangover and worse meal decisions Saturday afternoon.…

Feel free to add me as well. Just starting out on here again.

In a similar situation, back on MFP, added!

Hi there. The stickies at the top of the forums are most useful for getting up to speed. If starting out, things you will want to get an overview of is calorie counting and macro break-downs (carbs vs fat vs protein), then calculating your caloric needs, and a small deficit. At that point, it becomes a tracking game,…

Hey Denise. Welcome to MFP. I've used the platform for years, then dropped off unfortunately. Getting back into things myself. Best of luck with your fitness endeavors. :)
