I make a turkey sandwich on an everything bagel thin. Easier than eggs for me in the morning!

This is silly, but I've definitely fantasized about getting justice when I accidentally buy "light" cheese.

The butter chicken is the best thing there but beware the deceptive packaging! See this thread for why: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10600637/trader-joes-butter-chicken-conflicting-nutritional-info/p1

Today my doctor complimented me on my weight loss and told me I'm doing a great job. B) I was feeling down about being up .2 oz since the weekend, but she hasn't seen me in a year so reminded me that there's a bigger picture here!

I was watching one of those shows about losing weight and a dietician came to a woman's house to show her how to estimate ounces of meat using measuring cups. "Just get a food scale!" I yelled, because I am a MFP boards believer.
-
My Girl Scout cookie order came in. I took exactly 4 thin mints (160 cal.) and left the rest of the boxes in my office break room.
-
After hanging out on MFP the last few months I've really gotten better at "reading" the scale. I learned what creates fluctuations and how I didn't "really" gain three pounds overnight. The scale is just a number, but I've found that I personally need it to keep myself somewhat grounded in reality and accountable to…

The worst part about my surgery was a sore throat from the breathing tube! Everything else was super easy; life post-gallbladder worries is the best. Everyone is different but I didn't have any food-related problems after (and I put hot sauce on everything).

Donated four pairs of jeans today, three 16s and an 18.

My go-tos are Smartfood 35 calorie popcorn and Trader Joe's wasabi seaweed. Couldn't have lost these 30 lbs so far without them!
-
I'm packing up my scale and my cottage cheese and taking it to my parents' house. I know that sounds crazy/humbug, but they eat like every day is Christmas and it helps keep me sane.
-
I had mine removed three years ago and have had zero problems--I eat (and drink) everything. Hope you have the same experience!

Day 150: It's finally cold enough to get out my nice winter coat. For the first time, I can button it! Before I'd always tie it closed it with the belt.

You're already here. Use the tools.

After doing C25K for about three weeks I developed a similar pain in my knee, turns out I'd given myself a stress fracture. Crutches for six weeks! Not saying that's what you've got, or anything bad about C25K, but listen to your pain, let it heal, and as others have said be sure you have the right shoes. It doesn't take…

Your weight/workout routine is not the pressing problem for you to solve right now. I'm sorry you're spoken to this way.
-
Yes! There's something about food you didn't cook yourself....sometimes I can't even make it the car ride home from the restaurant without cracking open the box.
-
Cheese. I tried to have in moderation, but I just can't have it in the house, I've learned.
-
Yesterday my go-to trusty work skirt...slid off. I was wearing a coat, thankfully, but yeah I can't wear that anymore.

15.8 lbs.

This isn't a weird combination, exactly, but there's one Amy's frozen bowl I'm obsessed with (brown rice, black‑eyed peas & veggies) that on two separate occasions family and friends have asked me to please never make around them again as the smell is apparently "nauseating."
-
Same as every day, a turkey sandwich and cottage cheese.
-
I totally get that. For me, these aren't even things I'm really craving (I do listen to real cravings, in moderation). At my office it's like "oh, someone brought in [random thing]!" and it's just what everyone eats out of habit.
-
Nutritional needs aside, you might not be a good candidate for daily weigh-ins if normal fluctuations trouble you that much.
-
My mom always likes to send me home with food when I leave her house. This last time she really went the extra mile because as she said "you're doing so great!"
-
Day 99: I haven't worn these pants in two years!
-
Yeah--Is it possible you thought Dr. Now on the TV was talking directly to you?

If you can't reach 1,200, there's always wine.

This is the most insane thread ever.

Thank you for this post! TJ's butter chicken is my favorite frozen meal, and I recently went to log it and was like "wow, too good to be true!" but didn't investigate further.
