Yes, I notice a great improvment in inflammation on Keto. I can't speak for everyone but that is one of my main reasons for going Keto.

Mushroom soup. I make this in a one serving size. 200 grams mushrooms coarsely chopped. 1 tsp butter. Saute Add 1 cup water 1 tsp bouillion 1/4 cup cream Add liquids to pan of mushroom, let cook 5 minutes on low heat. Serve.

Yes you need to subtract the fibre. There is a program you can download, that will make net carbs show up on your food page maybe someone hear can direct you to that, but until then, subtract the carbs.

Thanks! July was kinda tough being sick and finding out 1 cough drop had 30 grams of carbs, I had two the first day. eek. But Keto is so awesome.
