Yes and on the phone it only has recent, frequent, my foods, meals and recipes. It doesn't just let you search. That is really annoying when you aren't near a computer.

I bought a Toastmaster air fryer and I like it a lot. I haven't tried a whole lot of stuff in it yet but I did try frozen french fries and they came out nice and crisp. I also tried grilled cheese and it was good once I figured out the timing. That is my thing is just figuring out how much time to use. It is so much easier…

I have Leslie Sansones Walk It Off In 30 Days and it alternates with cardio and strength. Will that be good for starting out with strength training? I am 62 years old and obese.

Hi I haven't been on much but need to get going and this sounds like a good place to start. I have her tapes and a new Fitbit Charge 2 so hopefully will get moving and losing.

I got the Charge 2 for Christmas and have a question. If I do an exercise tape or ride a stationary bike or whatever exercise I do, do I add that to MFP? If not, how do I log my exercises? "DON'T GIVE UP, DON'T EVER GIVE UP! (Jimmy V) Jean
