I would recommend to add interval runs in your training scheme and take one longer run out. Also if your looking to run longer distance overall i would google, youtube or even 1 off session with a PT on best advice on nutrition and what calorie intake needed.

Chest day before arm day os recommened. When working chest you will rely on your tris for support therefore tris will get a workout whilst hitting chest.
