Hello...Good Luck....I am in the same boat..with the weight....!! I love to cook and try new recipes and they all haven't been the lowest of calories, I must say....!

any kind of yeast roll or bread and anything made with sugar...it calls my name...cant stop with just one ...of anything!!!!

I hear you....I lost 65 pounds using Keto...then the sugar starting creeping back in..a little sweet here and a little treat there...back up 21 pounds but I DO KNOW IT WORKS...so GOOD LUCK to us both !!!!

You can do it...one day at a time...focus on that....just one day...Good Luck !
