Yes, i've run through it 3 times already, one day you notice you can't get weight you will start the whole process again. No worry as we have those experience to get weight loss, we can do it again definitely!! I use gadget to keep my motivation and whenever you see there's progress, you can keep your motivation not easily…

Sorry for your dad and i'm following calorie restriction and exercise and my 3rd time for keep fit now (1st time 80lbs, 2nd times 60 lbs, now already 34 lbs with 16 lbs to go) Stay healthy and keep motivation for success!!

I'll suggest set a period (e.g. 10 lbs in 2 months) to keep track rather than "however long it takes" as it will easily lost focus if you don't have a "deadline"

I have few rollercoaster experience, the 1st thing to do is step on the scale to know you can't gain more than start a plan!!

I tried to get up early for running before work at 6am but tried few times it's too difficult for me (as slept usually after 12am). :neutral:

50lbs by Jun, start at 3 Jan 17 at 196lbs and lost 12 lbs at 9 Feb 17 after a month. Let's keep motivate each other!!

New to MFP but have been loss weight twice (70lbs and 50lbs) and now my 3rd time after my kid born without time to exercise (no more excuse okay :P)

Very similar case here, i've lost 40 lbs to 150lbs 3 years ago when my kid is around 2 yrs old, then gain my weight to almost 200lbs now and my goal to 150lbs again this year!!

Here i have lost 50 lbs in the past (3 years) then re-gain around the same weight back to nearly 200lbs, goal at 2017 is to lose 50 lbs before Jun 30, 2017.
