Yes x3. Attempted an indoor jog today.. lasted all of 6 minutes! But it’s a start. Someday when winter leaves for real I’ll attempt some running and walking intervals outside and see how my knees feel.

Pass day. Went for supper with a friend to an amazing Indian restaurant. Neither of our husbands are fans so we went out without them. Theres nothing in mfp with the name of what I ordered so had to guess on tracking. Calories may have been ok but no intentional exercise. My struggle when I derail is to not completely…

Yes x3. I don’t eat back exercise calories these days since I’ve been sticking to low impact workouts or weight lifting and those don’t burn much. I used to eat a portion back when I worked out more intensely and likely will again if workouts pick up.

I set out to lose half a pound a week since I didn’t have much to lose. I set my own calorie limit at 1450 and don’t add on exercise calories at this point since my workouts are minimal…
