  • I feel your pain Stella. I was stuck in the 230s for about 6 yrs before joining MFP. It felt like a vortex to me but through the grace of God I finally broke through.   • thanks! I detox for 5 days M-F once a month, June was second time doing this detox since January. I didn't have a spike in my weight but a slight stall. Perhaps my body was "recalculating?" Feeling great though.
