I'm 5'4 was at 244 about 3 years ago went on a low carb diet and got to 183 by Christmas of 2015 then kind of lost my way for a year went back up to 204 by last Christmas then started MFP around the 1 of the year and now down to 185

I find I burn more calories all day when I workout early

I'm a bad muncher at night , right now I'm eating air pop popcorn with I can't believe it's not butter spray it's pretty filling and the calories are not bad

I'm 5'4.5 and 55 years old and was all the way up to 244 got down to 183 on a low carb diet then started eating other foods again and went back to 204 at Christmas and now I'm on here and down to 190 last wiegh in and I'm a truck driver so it's hard I prep food for my week on the road and hit the gym real hard on weekends

I'm snacking on air popcorn with ( I can't believe it's not butter) 31 calories per cup , it seems to help

I had it real bad for a long time untill I bought Skechers memory foam shoes and had zero pain was walking in them took about 6 months to 9 months to get rid of that completely and that was a couple years ago and I still have some pain every once while I'm walking on hardwood floors or cement barefoot but other than that…

Just never give up ,it will work out in the end and eating right and exercising is a just a way of life that every one needs to do

I started out at 244 for a few years ago, Los 60 a low-carb diet fell off the wagon but only gained 20 pounds over a year-and-a-half and now I'm back on it just counting calories exercising down 12 pounds since Christmas would like to lose another 47

I drive truck 6 days over the road and can lose as much as 4 pounds over a day and half, I'll get home Friday about 2pm weigh my self then go to gym for about 2.5 hours then sat am going to gym for about 3 hours or so , spend 2 nights out of truck weigh myself Sunday am before I go to work and down about 4 pounds from…

I'm 55 was vary over weight lost almost 60 lbs and year ago and put 20 back on , now working on it again and have lost 10 since Christmas and feeling much better add me as a friend if you want
