Working on losing 55lbs. I have a hard time not eating junk. Food I have been doing better but it's been hard. I have lost 10lbs from the 65lbs I wanted to lose so far.

Try not to see food as junk. Just eat a wide range of veggies, lean proteins and healthy fats then fill in the rest of your calories with any thing you like.

I do pretty good unless we have company which is about every other night.

This is where pre planning comes in. If having company is a regular thing you need to have a plan that takes it into account

You need to have a plan in place for when you have visitors. Maybe eat just a small amount of what they eat with a side salad. Or eat before they come and just have a low cal drink with them. If you have regular visitors you can't let that spoil your healthy eating other wise you won't reach your goals. Pick an event in the future to train for (5k run? Cycle race? Etc) and tell your visitors you are in training- that way it takes the focus off your weight when talking to them.
