You can do this, and being able to cook can benifit you! If you make to much have it as left overs, a lot of people make their food for the entire week. You can do this! I just stared as well its only day 5 for me and its hard, it gets to u mentally, but look, your here thats a great start, take it slow like me, small goals at a time. For every negative thought, think of a positive. Make it up a hill before climbing a mountain!

Thank you guys, this is very helpful. I think i will adjust my goals, maybe i will hold off another week of excersie and dedicate and expirement with food to find that balance, that is the most important to me because i over eat and its not healthy.
