Please give it more time and eat more than 1000 calories a day. It might take a few weeks for that scale to show anything. However a scale is only one way to measure success. There are many non scale victories that you can turn to. Like how your clothes fit or how many inches you lose or simply how much better you feel…

I've got a 5K on Saturday and then over the fourth of July I'm meeting some friends from high school I haven't seen in 25 years.

Great job! Keep it up

I've always liked Coke Zero so when they changed the formula I was worried that it would taste the different but to me it still tastes pretty much the same

There's no magic to my weight loss. I tried to stay around 1500 calories a day, eat healthy foods and limit how much sugar I ate to under 50 grams a day. I also made sure I exercised 4-6 days a week and tried doing something active every day. I started slow at first just trying to limit my sugar intake and then slowly…

You and I have a similar weight loss experience. I started in January 2017 at 370 and I'm currently at 208. I took a two week break from my diet and exercise over the holidays and when I started up again I lost 15 pounds in three weeks. I've since slowed down but I don't expect to lose 5 pounds a week anymore. Even before…

Great job! Keep it up. We have similar paths (40 years old, 6'2") I started at 370 and I'm currently at 208 with my goal weight being 195. Don't get discouraged and focus on the day to day goals. You got this and you will hit your goal, it's just gonna take time.

SW 377 CW 213 GW 195 Is been just over one year since I started eating healthier and exercising. My thyroid levels are fairly stable but I tend to be on the hypo side when I get checked. I just watch my calorie intake and make sure I do something active everyday. I'm changing my exercise from cardio to more strength…

January 4th marked one year since I decided to start eating healthier and exercising. I'm down 157lbs. My goal for the next five months is to concentrate on getting stronger and shooting for a six pack by my 41st birthday in May.

You look amazing! Great job.

Great job everyone! I can't quite figure out how to get my picture posted yet

I'd like a six pack by my 41st birthday. Five months to go. We'll see what happens.

On Sunday I make oatmeal for breakfast for the week. I ladle the oatmeal into a big muffin tin so I have six breakfasts right there. Lunches this week were smoked turkey breast with rice and quinoa. I often try to combine my lunch foods into one bowl because it's easier to eat at work. Next week I'm having ham and turkey…

When I started I was 6'2" 370 and the app said I needed around 3500 calories a day to maintain. I started to cut back to 3000 per day and noticed a fair amount weight loss those first two months. I just kept gradually reducing my calories. Protein wise I've heard anywhere from . 8 grams up to 1.5 grams of protein per pound…

You can add me if you'd like. I'm coming up on a year of logging in with the app is live to help encourage and support anyone who needs it.

Try adding some sugar free pudding mix to it. I do this with my vanilla protein powder. This way I can change the flavor whenever I want. I'd try chocolate or butterscotch flavor first.

I've been fasting for almost a year and have lost over 150 pounds. It's a game change for me. Helps me control my appetite and keep my calories in check.

Keep doing what you're doing. Never mind the scale. The proof is in those pictures. Great job!

Optimum Nutrition has several chocolate flavors. They are all really good.

I would try strength training. Unfortunately your skin will only shrink to a certain point. I've lost 150lbs and have some loose skin. Adding muscle will help take up some of that. Squats, planks, hollow holds and push ups are all excellent body weight exercises you can do at home.
