Lately, Raisin Bran. It's the only cereal I like, I dampen it with 1% milk, about 2 oz. I'm not a fan of soggy cereal.

Dress sizes are hard to gauge. For example I carry my weight in the chest, no butt. I can wear the same size for a big weight drop because of the way the dress is cut in the chest. I can see even a small loss in the fit of my jeans.

I'm always given 1200 calories, if I put in to lose 1/2 lb or 2 lbs a week. I'm significantly overweight, about 50 lbs. I can also change my activity level from sedentary to active and still it's 1200! I'm thinking it's because I'm short, 5'2" I can add extra by exercising, but baseline is always 1200

I get really bad acid after eating fruit. I used to be able to eat it but now the only fruits I can eat are bananas and melons.

I do not like french fries, Once in a while they are done right, crisp on the outside and hot with just the right amount of salt...but that is so rare, like Big Foot or the Loch Ness monster. Most of the time they are greasy and limp (limp is not a good look on anything)

I really wanted a donut last night but it would have put me over by 58 calories, so I jogged in place until my fitbit measured an additional 58 calories used. Laughs on me though, turns out my fitbit hadn't updated on MFP, I refreshed it and POW! Turns out I had a 98 calorie deficit for the day! I'll take it!

True story My daughter wears a 4 USA sizing. We're at Macy's and see a beautiful dress on clearance, size 10. BUT tiny! I moved Simple as that, I now live in a condo where there are a lot of activities. I decided to go to an exercise class, now going 3 times a week! Exercise alone isn't going to do it so I came back to MFP to begin logging again 3 years ago I dropped 30 lbs but gained 20 back. Now I am committed

Plain balsamic, good quality though spend the extra money for the aged stuff. Aged balsamic has almost a chocolate flavor, sweeter.
