Yes I measure everything. Gonna try this lowered calorie intake and see what happens. Thanks!

I was on the treadmill one day and stepped off for a sec to adjust the fan the gym provides. I left it running and when I went to get back on I stepped on the moving belt. Needless to say I ended up on the floor. So I casually looked around and everyone had a good laugh, including me. I just shrugged it off and kept going…

Thanks for the advice. I readjusted my goal and intake. It dropped me down to 1520 calories a day. It was at 1780.
-
I always make sure to log everything. I reset my goal after the first 25 pound loss and it took about 200 calories off my day. I have been at that for over a month a no change.
-
I always make sure to log accurately. So you're saying drop a couple hundred calories a day would probably get me going again.

It's made with Stevia

142 days and lost 27 pounds

I do weigh everything and always have a deficit at the end of the day. The more I read on here the more a diet break seems to be the right thing to do. Maybe I will eat at maintenance for a couple weeks and then start back at a losing deficit.

I started out walking 3 miles and it took me 56 minutes. That was 3 months ago and I now do 3 miles in 40 minutes. I gradually increased the pace and now I do intervals. I walk at 4 mph for 2 minutes and then jog at 5.8 for 1 minute or so. This is after warming up of course. You can do it, it just takes time. If you can…

What is MTS?

This can happen to anyone regardless of your diet. Also I spoken with many doctors and they all agree that nuts, seeds etc. have nothing to do with flare ups. Basically you eat what you want. You could have steak or something else that's solid type food and still get a flare up. I have had it for years but thankfully don't…

And a little mayo, mustard, onion and pickle to make tuna salad. I use tuna packed in water. Love it this way on wheat toast.

Thanks for the helpful advice. I rested it for a few days and apparently wasn't enough. Going to take it easy for a week or so and ease back into it.

I generally tolerate foods well. The raw veggies seem to be the culprit. Not painful and doesn't give me the runs just gas.
-
It depends on how many coconuts it is carrying.

Walk, run, hike outside. Thats what has worked for me

I think I have decided to upgrade my membership and join the aquatic center. I can swim several times a week for cardio.
-
We do go hiking every Sunday and that is always fun. Do cardio classes or some of these other things burn the same or more calories than an hour on the treadmill?
-
How so?

Sounds like yours are worse than mine. I can work my way through it most of the time. I just have to remove myself from the space that I am in and they will usually pass plus I have meds if I need them. I have had them just about anywhere you can think of but this one on the treadmill freaked me out. Good luck with yours…

Definitely say something to gym management. I haven't experienced it but my gym does have signs posted in every workout room.
-
Awesome! Keep up the good work

Luckily my health is good. No high bp or anything. I don't have a lot of caffeine. You are right about the scary part. Mine didn't start really until my early 30's.
-
Yes! Thank you so much. People who don't have them can't understand what it's like. Like I said before, mine are completely random. This one was particularity bad timing.
-
Exactly! Finally someone who understands that there is no rhyme or reason, they just happen
-
Thanks everyone for sharing. This the first full on panic attack I have had in quite some time. It was just very bad timing this time. Mine are completely random but luckily not often. I was fine about 30 minutes later. Back at it again tomorrow. I don't let them get me down like I used to.
-
Thanks for your reply. It has been a good while since I have had one. But on the treadmill was bad. Because in a panic attack you always think of the worst scenario so I was like, uh black out, heart attack, low blood sugar etc. I was fine after a few minutes but needless to say my workout was over.

Thanks for the link! I'm not having any issues with losing weight. Just an observation after reading hundreds of posts.

It's about 200 calories different. The machine that actually measures incline says I burn more than MFP
