    I just got on my treadmill tonight and told myself I was going to try to run 1 mile. When I got to 1 mile I told myself I could run 2 so I did. I have been walking for 3 months and jogging very little while walking. I have never run 2 miles before for 30 mins straight without stopping! Good luck to you! It's going to get easier I think!

    Great job! I wish I could do more running. My friend want me to do a 5k run in 2 months I was like wtf.

    Excellent! Yes, it's a very big deal!!! You will be shocked/amazed how quickly your stamina will increase. I ran my first mile this past Nov. at the age of 44. I was so proud of myself I took a picture of the treadmill results! :)

    That's a huge deal! I can barely run a 1/4 mile, but I'm working my way to a mile. Baby steps!!
