Huge difference between calorie targets
So I was changing my goals on MFP and found that if I changed from a weight loss caloric intake to a maintenance caloric intake there was a huge difference. Like 800 to 900 calories a day. Has anyone else found this when changing goals?

Weight went up 3 pounds but waist dropped another pant size
Hey guys. I am kind of confused. I actually gained 3 lbs this past week which was disappointing but when I was at a store yesterday I tried on a couple different pairs of jeans a size smaller than what I normally wear and they fit! I am looking for reasons this could have happened. Any ideas?

Benchmark
I have finally hit the 30 pound weight loss benchmark. Super excited. The last month has been a super slow as far as losing weight goes. I have about 12 more pounds to go to reach my goal. I guess the closer you get the harder it is to lose.

Pushed myself too hard
I think I may have over done the gym and cardio this week. I went farther than ever on my runs and upped my weights at the same time. Yesterday I felt like crap and barely slept last night. Strained Calf Muscle

Bored at the gym
Seems like I have hit a wall at the gym. I have been going for about 4 months now consistently. I think I have just gotten bored especially on the treadmill. Hiking vs walking
Why does MFP count so many more calories when you choose hiking instead of walking? If you are walking hilly terrain would that not be the same? After all hiking is just walking right?

Finally hit 20 lbs lost!
