I'd drop daily calories by 200 and add intermittent fasting :)

Well, this is beat to death, but I'll add my 2 cents. Your body has 2 types of fat, subcutaneous fat and visceral fat. Sub-Q covers the muscles, Visceral fat surrounds the intra-abdominal and pelvic organs. Visceral fat is pretty much always the first and last to go. I say first, because if you are morbidly obese, your…

Upside: I make a *kitten* ton of money Downside: I work 300 miles from home Upside: I have abs Downside: I spend a lot of time in the gym and counting calories Yeah... I see how this works.

What a truly remarkable job you've done these last months! The part about restarting a deficit after maintaining and bulking couldn't be more true, as far I'm concerned. I love that you share your thoughts and journey so eloquently and intelligibly. Thank you!!! p.s. You look incredible

Accept of course

Weird question, but no.

I only do weights. Guess it just depends on your goals.

I've been doing keto since January. I log daily and wouldn't mind participating.
-
And done!

So many amazing stories here! This is my journey. I started at 230 pounds in October of 2015. It was a long, hard, slow process, BUT I made it! I started keto in January and just hit my goal of 10% body fat. I now weigh in at 176 lbs. I absolutely love this new lifestyle!

Nice smile :)

The body can only synthesize so much protein each day. Aim for about a gram per pound of lean muscle mass, then focus on fat or carbs (whatever your preference). In my experience, I prefer fats for fuel, so I'm keto. Good luck, man!

I don't have a goal weight, but rather a goal composition. Ten percent body fat is what I'm trying to obtain. I'm at 13 now.

My cut continues.
-
Yep, sure did, and lost a pound!

Looking great!

Beats me, haven't broken out the calipers in a couple years probably. I'm going to cut another 2-3 months most likely. [/quote] Awesome
-
Wow dude, that's lean! What percent are you at?
-
Wow! That's amazing!
-
Brand new person! Congratulations!

Wow! You look great!

Summer!

No. But I've heard good things. I'm still peeing on sticks. Haha!

Change is hard for people, and that includes change in thought. I was skeptical of keto at first as a resistance trainer, but my results speak for themselves and I've had no drop in strength from dropping carbs and some protein.

I like keto. And keto definitely likes me.

Maybe above above, but not above.

Not sure I could narrow it down!
