Day 9 of Keto. Down 12lbs. Was 224lbs. Now 212lbs. At 5’3 Female. Goal weight is 160lbs (for now) so still a while to go. No exercise yet, just trying to stick to my macros.

I only ask as I have gallstones and everytime try to loose weight I start getting frequent attacks I am currently 230lbs and been trying to find a way of eating that works without it causing the attacks as I refuse to have it…

Starting off slowly to loose my excess weight. Have 40kg to loose (lots of extra weight on my 5"3 body) but for now aiming for 10kg short term. Starting walking tomorrow aiming for 6 days a week. Needing to clean out garage so I can start some weight lifting/strength training next week. Would love to know what you've done…

Starting again too. So determined to make this a lifestyle change rather than just a faze. Have about 40kg to loose and this time wil take my time as in the past I always gain it back plus more, it ain't happening this time. Good luck on your journey! You can do it!

Have gallstones also. Very bad pains lately. Was considering Keto as I know low carb helps with pics and weight loss but apparently high fat can make gallstones worse. Thanks for sharing that post Orphia. It has made me rethink my whole quick loss plan. Only 2 weeks in and have had a couple of binge days due to low calorie goal. Very educating as I have been a yoyo dieter for years.

Hi there. Just started my Paleo lifestyle 1 week ago. Never new we could adjust carbs, fat ect Currently 100kg @5'3. No idea what I should set that too for weight loss. Wanting to loose at least 30kg in total but trying to loose 6kg by end of March. Any advice appreciated

? On 1200 calories, currently 100.8kg. Does it mean I will have to have less calories to continue loosing weight. Once I have last say 10kg? Have I started too low on calories? (Not working out, maybe I just start working out when the scales don't move?) any advice appreciated please
