Just take a picture!!!!!!!!!!

I've only been doing this diet/exercise thing for 9 weeks. I've lost around 2st so far. This week was my very first maintain week and I was extremely annoyed considering how great I had ate this week.
I had took one picture in January and one at my first stone. I was so disheartened I hadn't lost anything and my partner told me, take another picture and see what it's like. I did and wow! The difference was phenomenal and gave me my motivation back completely because I was going to just end up ruining it over a day or two or three :o

My advice would be to take regular pictures. I'm going to do them for every half stone lost or every 4 weeks whichever comes first. Trust me it will give you the drive to continue!
