Hi all. So plan to have 140gm chicken breast. Should this be cooked or raw weight please?

You've put it in your food diary (I presume) - weigh it depending on the entry you've used. If you used an entry for raw chicken, weigh raw and vice versa0

It doesn’t say raw or cooked hence why I am a bit confused. Yes it’s in my diary0

Oops I lied. It says grilled chicken so I presume that is after it’s grilled0

It says grilled, but has the amount of protein I'd expect from raw weight.
Personally, I'd find a better entry for raw chicken and use that. Weighing raw is more accurate (many of your entries are dubious to be honest...)0 -
Look for the green checkmark on food entries. It's far from perfect, but better than no checkmark at all. Good that you are asking this question, though -- you want to know (eventually) the values of cooked vs raw. It's in there, just might have to dig for it.

Thanks everyone, much appreciated. Very confusing going Keto, so much to learn0

But double check the information in the green marked entries too - sadly, there are lots of errors in the database as it is user entered. Even "confirmed" entries can be wrong.0 -

Losing weight and calorie counting accurately has nothing to do with being keto.... Everyone has to use the same database!
I would start over with your entries. Using your breakfast as an example - you had fried eggs for breakfast; you used an entry for fried eggs. If this wasn't your own created recipe, you don't know how much, or what type of fat was used to cook the eggs. This will change the macro and micro nutrient data. Use entries for eggs and fat separately.
You also had 1T butter - butter is a weighable product, try and find one with grams and weigh it.
There also is an entry for "black coffee" with carbs, fat and protein, plus 26g sugar. What the? How does that work? Again, unless this is your entry, find another one. Enter coffee ingredients separately
If keto is your thing, please do some more research. Does your diet seem healthy and sustainable to you? Bacon and eggs, chicken with cheese and a small amount of spinach, a piece of salami and a whole lot of coffee with cream?
You aren't tracking fibre and I'd guess you are using total carbs not net carbs - most doing keto do net carbs (total carbs - fibre) so you could likely eat a lot more food (vegetables, nuts, avo etc) if you used this method.0 -
