Yes may be this is the reason I gained weight after losing through keto...after a point of time I stopped tracking the calories on may be the wrong notion that in keto calories don't count..I hope I get back on track using such useful advice..thanks guys

Because u hv just started the diet i wud suggest that stay strict at first.. at least till u start to see the result.. Actually not really.but eat more sensibly...Hv more protein and less carb and u r done..Remember even fruits hv that hidden carbs...Hv pure protein..Like in eggs..Meat..Or protein pwd..For me 2 things that helped me most are protein powder and coffee...My trade secret <3

Get barbells or kettlebell and do some workout at the comfort of your home.. u tube has many videos to help..start with the beginner's workouts...

Thanks for ur reply.so that is the water weight that went off..i think i'll stay with 1200 calories as i m so fed up of that extra weight that i carry all the tym...i just love carbs..and i went on keto and the day i came off that diet all the weight came back gradually...in this diet at least i can eat wat i love in…
