I think you have to choose one or the other - losing weight may give you a better body, but it ages your face imo.
You could put weight back on (probably not desirable)... Or look in to procedures to correct the parts you have problems with1 -

Have you looked at your nutritional balance? The dark circles under the eyes can be related to health and nutrition. Are you getting enough vitamins and minerals? Iron in particular? I would start by looking at those things.0 -
OP, that poster was not being rude. It's unfortunately the truth. Have fat in your face plumps up the skin. Losing it hollows it out. Now what I have found with many people is that, initially, after a big weight loss the face can look kind of gaunt. Depending on your age, though, it sometimes starts to look a little better after awhile. I think the skin can bounce back some (under 40). Otherwise, you can either put weight back on to a point that your face fills out to where you are happy. You could also look at things like fillers or botox. Besides that, you may want to do some searches on YouTube. There are tons of videos out there on makeup application and there are probably some on how to use makeup to hide/mask dark circles and hollows in the face.0

Seriously? Losing weight ages you facially. Google it. Youthful faces are fuller and have fat, sadly something that you lose when you lose weight as you can't select where weight goes from.
I even said that putting the weight back on probably wasn't desirable, but would be necessary if you wanted your youthful appearance back. You decide what you sacrifice - facial appearance or physique. Or you have procedures done to keep your youthful appearance without regaining weight.2 -
I m sorry that I responded badly.. I can't put that weight back.. I hv done that purposely.. My mother died of cancer I don't want to get sick like her... Yes I lost a lot of weight and I m happy with that as I feel healthy now... But everyone pointing out that I hv lost the glow of my face And as everyone is pointing so i got concerned... Wanted to get suggestions from ppl who r more experienced than me and which better platform than mfp...And yes I take my vitamins properly...Iron calcium multivitamins ... so what else... I don't want to go for botox etc.. Naturally if possible...0

I wonder if maybe they are seeing something else. Have you been more depressed or anxious since losing the weight? I agree with the others that the fullness of the face from extra fat gives it a more youthful appearance. What about skincare?0

I'm not sure I noticed that as a problem but I'm older. It could be a reaction to being in deficit, maybe as you progress in to maintenance it will improve, though may be you have a little more to loose. I would probably try a good vitamin/ mineral combination because being in a deficit makes it more difficult to keep these levels good. I prefer to work from the inside out rather than apply creams no matter their branding. All the best.1

1. Found in broccoli, brussels sprouts, green leafy vegetables, and spinach, vitamin K helps with blood coagulation and circulation. Since poor circulation can increase the appearance of dark circles, consuming enough K-friendly foods in your diet may lighten the circles under your eyes.
2. Hit the sack and get proper sleep.
3. Check your thyroid
4. Consider a multivitamin that contains iron and vitamin B12. Get the levels tested on your next doctor's visit. Never take an individual supplement since it can be dangerous in large amounts (especially iron). A multivitamin is often recommended when someone is on a very low calorie diet. Store brand multis have same ingredients as name brands. Do not take gummies since they often lack all minerals.
5. Not related to dark circles, but make sure you track protein while dieting to ensure you get at least 46 grams/day.1
