I have another 11 to reach my ideal goal; I'm starting to drink acti-shake protein shakes sold at supermarkets but the carb is 15g per serving.
Is this okay or would it tamper with my weightloss, when taken in the evening after a gym session.
Grateful for any advice you have

As long as the protein shake fits into your daily calorie allotment, it should be okay. By the way, good job on the loss, you'll get there!

When you reach your goal weight - how do you plan to maintain? Will you continue with the shakes?

I mainly ran and dieted here and there- a lot of the time I wasn't consistent with dieting but Id make sure to lose any pounds I put on and in the process of losing that little extra pounds, I lost more and again same process

No I think I'd switch to eating within a calorie frame and just continue with my running. But perhaps a protein shake here and there would be good just for the protein intake purpose. What about you?

Yeah true I guess- it's just about whether those extra carbs would slow the loss in any way. But this isn't a significant factor I suppose

I agree that it'd be better only issue is preparing the food :/
