There's a minimum amount of protein and fats we all need, and some people do better eating a higher percentage of one thing or another. It sounds like you found what you needed to feel better.2

Welcome to the wonderful world of not fearing fat anymore. You are finally being properly nourished. You have probably replaced less nutritious carby foods with more nutritious fatty foods. Fat is important for proper hormone function. Fat is necessary to absorb vitamins in other foods. Fat stays longer in your system. And fatty foods just taste great.0

One more doubt..how about bulletproof coffee?is it gud to add it in my daily diet as it contains the good fats and its easy to get those good fats through it..0

The only "bad" fat is transfat, and you avoid trans fat by eating real food and home cooked meals. Eat whatever you want. If you like coffee with coconut oil, drink it and enjoy, but it's not a magic potion that will "burn fat" or anything.Winnersneverquitaimhigh wrote: »One more doubt..how about bulletproof coffee?is it gud to add it in my daily diet as it contains the good fats and its easy to get those good fats through it..1 -
