I LOVE Lift 4!!! It really changed my muscle tone!!! Hammer and Chisel is great, but I had to mute them because I didn't love their talking.....but if you can ignore them then the workout is good! You could also Pinterest a bunch of body weight circuit training stuff--there is TONS on there!

I would add weights or try something different! Take a class you've wanted to try (kickboxing or something?) just to change it up and keep your body guessing.

mine goes up 2-5 lbs depending on month...I've been tracking it! But it goes back down, usually down that weight plus another pound or two four days in.

I've never been able to! I've been active and fit (though overweight) almost my entire adult life! I can run for an hour at a time, I play competitive soccer once a week, I do cardio and lifting workouts at home--I exercise 6 times a week! I found a buffalo cauliflower recipe I am going to make, and I'll bring a veggie tray!! I haven't been drinking much lately and I don't miss it so I'm hopeful that I won't even want to drink much!
