Yes, my first bite to eat came at 12.15pm this afternoon. Dinner last night was at 7.00pm.... 15 hours is ok by me. I could have gone further, but I went round to Mother's and she had a bite ready to eat, for me....

Your first amount of weight-loss is going to be mainly water. You should find it evens out and your weight loss will seem to slow, but in fact, a steady, small loss is better than big amounts. Don't get down, get (and stick!) with the programme! :D

Ah. We don't have a big on near us, only a smaller branch, and I've never seen it there. Will look again, but don't think they stock it.... We also have an Asda in town that's about the size of a football pitch, and they claim to be a 'smaller branch' because their stock profile is pretty basic.

It's the same old thing: Finding substitutes is almost impossible. Many are of the opinion that any artificial sweetener has just as many downsides as real sugar. My advice would be to simply cut back on something else, if you can't do without balsamic vinegar. I'm Italian. I hardly ever touch the stuff. Too sweet for me.…

Fall off wagon - get back on. Replace safety belt - it was obviously malfunctioning. This can be done by systematically throwing away every single bit of carb-temptations in the house. If possible, get next-door to do the same, just to be on the safe side.... ;)

My H and I began recording our weight loss in late March 2017, by August I had reached target weight and lost 35lbs. My H reached his target weight in early October, and has lost 70lbs. I'm 61 he's 55.
