20 lbs gone, no problem right?

20 lbs is my magic number also.

I lost 30 lbs in a year just by hitting the gym 3-4 times a week, cardio and lifting weights. I need to lose another 20 lbs but having trouble. I joined this site for help. I now am concentrating on my diet along with my existing excercises.

Any truth to not supposed to be eating after a certain time. I work out at night but sometimes my workout takes me past 7. Is a post workout meal that late ok if it still within my calorie limit?

Is calorie counting the best method? If so, should it be 7 days a week or do you get a so called cheat day?
