New to MFP - Connecting

My goals this month are:
1. To track every day between now and 3/31
2. Connect with people on here and add friends for support.
3. To get back off diet drinks.
4. To work out 30 mins. a day 3x a week. (In April I will bump it up 5 more minutes each workout and add a 4th day.)
