Thanks guys I'm 54 and have a tibia plateau fracture right knee . I'm ok walking for a bit not more than 3 Miles at a time . I've been to doctors but I think I'm going to see what works best for me and modified exercises will be good . All I can do is some workouts

I'm on here everyday and even thou I have a few friends I always like to have more and keep in touch with all that are active . Friends make me feel like I have support or good ideas , i.e. Workout, recipes .
