Hey. I am a 33 year old soon to be nursing student. I need to loose a good bit, but my initial goal is 25 pounds. I am a vegetarian and find it tricky getting protein while staying in my calorie range. I am looking to make friends with people who fill out their food diary daily and aren't just guessing everything or super…

What I do is use the recommended amount of water, but half the serving of protein powder. I then add one tablespoon of flax meal, and a spoon of no calorie sweetener. Shaaaaake it up. You may have to shake it up halfway through drinking too.

We use the sugar free versions of International Delight and Coffemate. Both are liquid and in the refrigerated milk section. Sometimes I throw a teaspoon of powdered milk direct into hot coffee and stir it too!

I do an Elliptical for 30 minutes several times a week, with incline and resistance both at least 4 each the whole time. That is some craziness. It will get you sweating for sure. Burns over 400 calories in 30 minutes. But I am heavy, go as fast as possible, and don't use the hand balances to work my balance and…

Strength exercise helps with bone strength and density, a very important thing for women over 40.

I use the WalMart brand Zero Calories sweetener, in the yellow bag. It tastes good, and lasts a long time. We put it in coffee, baked goods... Everything. It's a HUGE bag for like $4. One bag lasts the two of us two months.

Breuer's sugar free ice cream! Half a cup (by weight, not volume 56 grams) is only 90 calories and 4 carbs!

My goal is to do one perfect form chin up. Then 5, then 10. Easier said than done, for sure. I also want to be able to do 10 flights of stairs without stopping.

Honey, just head to Walmart or Target and grab you some Jet Alert/No Doze/caffeine tablets. The active ingredient in most of those supplements is caffeine. I pay $3 for a 16 count, 200 mg caffiene tablet box. I break one in half and take it about 40 minutes before working out. Does the trick super well. If you work out…

We make tofu all the time. You have to get extra firm and press/drain it well. Lentils are a great filler for any meal, as they are crazy fast to make and taste awesome with some seasoning. We also make egg drop soup sometimes with veggie broth. Add mushrooms, peppers, and rice.

Oh man! You can make peanut butter cookies with 1 cup PB (or 3/4 cup pb2 and 1/4 cup water), 1 cup no cal sweetener, and 1 egg. We make them all the time. I also make a large container of sugar free jello and portion it into 2 cup food storage container (this will help with consuming water in the summer months too!)

Baked cheese. No really, it is delish. Three ounces shredded cheese. Put them into 4 piles, even thickness (think cookies) bake them on a nonstick cookie sheet at 375 degrees F for 15 min, pour off the grease and let them cool 10 minutes.

We use protein powder to make waffles, cookies, etc. There are TONS of super easy recipes online.

My fellow does that. We eat no later than 7, and he doesn't eat again till lunch at 11:30 the next morning. Drinks a cup of black coffee for breakfast.

You can cut your sugars in half regarding fruit in the way I did, and feel like you are having a treat, and also getting your fats. Food process fruit to a smooth paste. However much fruit you have, (measure after blending) mix together 2% milk and water with no cal sweetener with it. (Example, 2 cups fruit, 1 cup milk, 1…
