My boyfriend is pescatarian and we aren’t really doing thanksgiving. But I noticed he bought two boxes of Stouffers stuffing so I think that’s a hint. I’ve never made it before. Anyone have any good pescatarian menu ideas?

6-7 hours of sleep is exhaustion? Oh, to be young. Great sleep is ideal. Good sleep is fine. As long as your training and nutrition is on point. And don’t forget rest days.

You’re going to gain some fat regardless but bulking smart will help with extra fat gain. I think training in maintenance for a couple months is a good idea personally. Coming out of a cut, nice and lean.. it’s hard. I feel like I’m just primed for fat gain when I’m really lean and my hunger hormones haven’t leveled out…

The salmon didn't put you over on fats/calories? I guess all that fish oil is like 120 calories. I ended up bringing it down a bit. I ate 10 egg whites, along with beef broth with spinach and mushrooms every day for lunch.

I did RFL. I leaned out. It kinda sucked but wasn't terrible. I just ate the same thing every day. I took the EC stacks and tons of fish oil too. Honestly the weight came back on but I'm an idiot so, maybe you'll have better luck. I like experiments as well though. I don't regret it.

I had to take 7 months off of deadlifting and squatting. 6 weeks will go by before you know. Take it off. Seriously.

OP do you drink coffee? I often wake up hungry but once I start drinking my coffee I fill up and am good until lunch.

It sucks that so many doctors and people in general don't understand this pain. Like I said above, I haven't been diagnosed yet but something is wrong. I go in the fitness room when there aren't any classes and take my shirt off. I keep the lights kind of low. I'm a chunker but there's something liberating about being in shorts and a sports bra. I just accept I'm going to be a sweaty mess.

I have a much easier time losing and maintaining if I fast until 11 or 12 (I get up at 5 or 6am). My coffee has about 100 calories in it. I'd be really disappointed in the evening if I didn't have those 400 calories to play with.

Can't do the kind of workout I need/want for myself there...but it's a gym. If you like cardio and lifting light things go for it. I think the company is crap though.
